With the Government’s mandate for cashless transactions, especially in the education sector, Shiksha aims to make fee collection/payment simple and convenient for both the Institutes and Students/Parents. Our offering will facilitate your fee collection needs through a secured online procedure. Ours is an e-commerce & Internet-based portal for acceptance and remittance of online payments of fee helping both Students or Parents and education & training institutes such as schools, colleges, universities, tutors, coaching institutes, trainers, kindergartens, Playschools, etc. Shikshafeecollect is a total automation of fee collection process.

For Institutions
  • Visit www.shikshafeecollect.com or call +91-424-3500020 / 21 and we will guide you through the registration and documentation formalities
  • Once registered, your account with us will be activated and confirmed via email.
  • Create your desired format for collection of fees from the options provided in Shiksha and upload the details in the format.
  • You can use the various highlighted facilities to send fee demand notifications/alerts to the parents/students, track payment, send reminders etc.
  • You can monitor payments, view customized reports, reconcile payments and undertake a range of activities to ensure seamless payment collection.
For Students/Parents
  • Visit www.shikshafeecollect.com
  • Go to the Students/Parents link and login to the account with the username/password advised to you via email.
  • Complete the payment through any of the options of your choice e.g. Credit card/Debit Card/ Net banking/UPI.

  • Is it necessary to register in Shiksha to use the services?

    Yes, it is necessary for the educational institutions to register in Shikshafeecollect, while it is optional for the students/parents.

  • How can I register?

    You can register yourself by clicking the option "I want to register" under Institute and give the necessary details.

  • Should I have to pay initially for registration?

    No, Shiksha Fee Collect is free to use for the Educational Institutions.

  • What if I forget my username and password?
    Username:

    Username is the email address through which you have registered yourself. It can be your personal email ID. In case you forgot your username, kindly reach out to us on support@qpayindia.com with the following details.

  • Can I make payment in advance for the next semester/quarter/fee cycle? / Can I keep some amount with Shiksha and transfer it later?

    You can pay your fee earlier only if your institute has notified of the same. Otherwise, it's not possible to pay in advance.

  • Can I pay my fee through mobile?

      Yes, you can pay your fee through mobile by opening www.shikshafeecollect.com in the web browser of your mobile. A mobile app is under development and will be in Google play store soon.

  • What if I cannot pay fees by the due date?

      On the fee form, you can see the Due date. The Due date is the date by which the fee can be paid without incurring a late fee. If payment has not been made by the due date, the online invoice is auto-updated with the late fee (if applicable), and this revised amount can be paid by you before the expiry of the End Date. If the payment has still not been paid by the End Date, kindly get in touch with your Institute to know how to make the payment.

  • How do I pay using Credit/Debit card/Net Banking?
    Credit and Debit Card:

    You will need your Credit/ Debit card number, Expiry Date, 3 Digit CVV number found on the back side of the card.

    Net Banking:

    With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction. However, you will need your user name and password for your account with which you registered for Net Banking initially.

  • What is the convenience fee shown in the payment page?

    The convenience fee shown in the payment page is the fee charged for enabling online payments through www.shikshafeecollect.com

  • What can I do if I get an error when I do payment?

    Our online payment method is very highly secured. To protect your card information, we are using 256- bit SSL Security and all the payment transaction is handled under highly secure environment.

  • How will I get receipt after payment?

    Once you have done your payment, you will receive your E - Receipt on your registered Email ID.

  • Can I use the e-receipt for income tax purpose?

    Yes, you can use the e-receipt for income tax purpose.
