Interchange Fees

Fee paid for the acceptance of credit & debits card transactions is called interchange fees. We would be incorporating the same into our pricing, for each processed transaction.

• Credit cards are priced on a percentage of the total value (Percentage value of the card transaction)
• Debit cards are priced as above but at a lower rate

Negotiate Pricing

To negotiate the correct pricing for your card acceptance service ,we would want to know the following aspects about your business.

• Industry you're operating in
• Type of goods or services you're selling
• Guarantees attached to goods or services sold
• Your actual & forecasted card volumes

Card Volume Mix

While discussing the mix of transaction volumes, apart from us knowing your credit/debit card mix, we would like to know the following

• Number of debit and credit card transactions
• The average value for each card transaction – known as Average Ticket Value(ATV)
  
  If you do not currently accept cards, to forecast your card volumes may be difficult at this stage. QPay has an understanding from its own experience of how different businesses operate by industry type, Eg: In the case of hospitality business, based on its size, sales turnover & few other factors, we would be able to forecast the sales volumes
  
  With an understanding of your business and details of the projected card mix, values and volumes, QPay will be in a position to negotiate 'Merchant Service Charge' or 'Transaction Discount Rate' (TDR)

Though the pricing will vary on the type of industry and the volume , the typical pricing is around;

Domestic Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and UPI	2%
International cards	3%
Annual Maintenance charges( AMC)	0 ( No AMC )
One- time integration Charges	0 ( No One-time Integration charges)
